After fruitless pleading from my teachers to stop drawing in my math notebooks and on my classmates and after failed after failed attempt to bring an advanced art class to life I was finally, after 12 1/2 years of school, presented with a piece of paper and told to make something out of myself.
So what now?
In 2010 I began my studies in the Media Design department of HS Mainz. Focusing on Illustration and Character Design. During my time there I learned a lot about the Workflow in big projects, 3D-Modelling, 2D-Animation, varying Adobe Programs and of course Character Design. I also studied abroad in Israel for a semester at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and finally graduated with a B.A. in Media Design in 2013.
2014 I continued my studies in the Master program at HS Mainz, began to work as a freelance Illustrator and started to sell my works at comic conventions.
2017 I graduated as a Master of Arts in Media Design.
Right now I continue my work as a freelancer and work on personal pieces in my freetime, which can be purchased in my online shop.
